March Round Up / April look forward!


April Goals


Oh my God!!! How has it got to the end of March already... this year is going so fast and I can't remember time going so fast as it is now. 

This month has been another crazy month and again I don't know how we have got to the 31st March. 

Review of March

March was a little bit of a wash out for me, things got so busy at work it made it really hard to me to balance work out and doing my blog at the same time. Doing 9-5 is not always 9-5 and if my mind is not 100% in it at work things start to drop so sometimes my blog does take a back seat. Which is totally fine, its not ideal but I won't put pressure on myself to feel bad that it didn't work out the way I planned it to.

I did get some of my goals done for March I just didn't get as much of them done as I would have like, so I did quite a few posts and kept up with my social media platforms I just didn't post as much as I would have liked and that is fine, you should never feel like you have not achieved anything just because you don't achieve everything you set out to do. We are human and things do not always go to plan just re-plan and keep pushing on.

Goals for April

The clocks have gone forward and I feel like I am being more productive already - does anyone else feel the same? I am loving the lighter evenings and am getting really excited for summer to come and those warm days so I can put away my winter coat. 

This months goals are still around the same areas of my blog, Fitness brand and me personally I like this split as it allows me to keep some kind of focus on what I want to be doing. 
I want to get a bit more organised around writing my posts so I get more done at the weekend and not waiting until the weekdays which sometimes I get caught up with work so hopefully that will work out better for me this month.

I have started my fitness brand and now I want to really start to work more on my body and start to see some results. I am going to be little more strict on my workouts and planning them better so I really get out of them what I want and will be sharing these hopefully when I get into the swing of things. 
Please do let me know if there are any workouts that you would like to see and I will work on these and get them out to you.

I started reading more books at the start of the year but as things got busier it kind of stopped so this month I really want to start making more time for this. I enjoy reading and learning more and it really does open your mind to wider world.
As things got really busy last month month things got stressful so I wanted to remind myself to take some time for myself each week so relax and detox, we don't need to be stressed in life it
