My Current Playlist




I don't think I would workout without m headphones in and a really good playlist to get me moving, so I love seeing what other people list to at the gym because everyone has such varied tastes and different music that gets them motivated. Quite often when I am in the gym and people have their big headphone in I do wonder what they have on, is anyone else like that?

My playlist does not vary that much and have only recently changed it up so thats why I thought I would share it with you guys. I generally will go for the latest songs that really get my motivated that are out on the radio at the moment. I find it hard to get motivated from old songs I'm not sure why but they don't energise me the way new songs do.
